What is your return policy?

We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase if:

  • Returns are accepted for any reason
  • You’re unhappy with the product

How long do I have to make a return?

All items must be returned according to the instructions below within 30 days.

Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive:

  • A full refund
  • A partial refund

When will I receive my refund?

Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.

Return Shipping Instructions

You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

RitasLoft.com Returns & Exchanges:

All returns and exchanges must meet the following requirements:

-Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
-Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains.
-Merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached.
-The package must be postmarked within (30) days of original order date.
PLEASE NOTE:
-Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
-Returns for items sent with original “Free Shipping” will have the original shipping cost deducted from return amount.
-We do not provide return shipping labels or reimburse your shipping charges for returns or exchange changes.
